"Mark went out of his way to facilitate and resolve a very difficult situation during move out. Shortly after the show ended, I found myself with my booth down and waiting for my shipping box to come out of empty storage. The box was in the worst spot possible at the end of the line right in the middle of the catering area. Next thing I know, the driver from our freight company is standing there ready for to load the box, 30 minutes early.
When I approached Mark for help and explained the situation, he calmly delegated someone to help me get my box out of storage, and did everything in his power to me get moved out of the building in a timely manner. I have worked enough shows to know that this moment could have gone a lot of different ways. Mark handled the situation expertly, and I really appreciate his courtesy and follow through.
