American Expo is a Sacramento-based company in its second generation of quality service. More than twenty five years ago, Richard Staples started a small show management company out of his home office in Carmichael, California. From the ground up, Richard and his family created a company that produced successful events for the next twenty years. The company was known as American Exposition Management.
Several years after Richard launched his company, he decided to expand his business, incorporating show decorating and event service contracting. First in Reno, Nevada and eventually moving to Sacramento, American Exposition Services began to produce events and provide decorating services alike.
Through Richard’s hard work came an extensive inventory of quality event furnishings, industry knowledge, and a very reputable service philosophy. This is his legacy!
In 2002, upon his untimely passing, Richard’s sons Mark, Jeff, and Robert took over full operations of American Exposition Services. Because their father had always insisted on hard work, integrity, and a superior service philosophy, Mark, Jeff and Robert were prepared to handle the tasks ahead.
Today, American Exposition Services continues to expand throughout the western states, providing the high quality, personalized service it always has.
